I was part of the CsF team that descended on a 16th-century manor farm in rural Puglia (southern Italy) in the fall of 2022. We hewed, joined and raised roof framing ( including a king-post truss) for a section of the stone-walled manor farm (called a massaria) that had been without a roof for generations. We were about a mile from the Adriatic sea and enjoyed cooling off in the waves after long sunny work days.
