Corncrib in Waltham, VT

As a foreman for a former employer, Building Heritage, LLC, I led the restoration of a 19th-century corncrib in Waltham, Vermont.  The building had been neglected for so long, it had sunk almost two feet into the ground.  We lifted the building, added a gravel trench and fieldstone foundation, made a new floor system, and repaired all of the post- and stud-bottoms, before repairing the unique ventilating siding.
